About Us

Oaktree Boarding Cattery is a fully licensed site within a brand new build as of 2025. Our cattery has been lovingly developed following the most recent guidelines, meaning our pens are spacious and can house up to 4 cats.

We are a small, family-run business based in Finchampstead, offering a peaceful and personal environment for your cat while you’re away. Each pen includes an indoor sleeping area and a secure outdoor run, providing plenty of room for rest, play, and exploration. All units are thermally insulated for winter and fully air-conditioned during warmer months to keep your cat comfortable year-round.

We pride ourselves on individualised care, ensuring every cat gets the time, attention, and enrichment they need. From soft bedding and climbing structures to daily play and monitoring, we treat every feline guest as if they were our own.

Whether you’re heading on holiday or just need temporary care, Oaktree Boarding Cattery offers peace of mind, comfort, and safety for your beloved furry friends.

Our Pens

Each of our pens have been lovingly designed to provide comfort, stimulation, and security. The indoor area includes:

- A cosy bed for restful sleep

- A selection of toys for play and mental stimulation

- A cat tree and elevated shelves for climbing and exploration

- Scratching posts to satisfy natural instincts

- Constant access to fresh water, food, and a clean litter tray

The outdoor run is fully covered and secure, offering:

- Fresh air and natural light

- Enrichment activities to keep your cat engaged

- A weatherproof space for your feline to enjoy, come rain or shine

We’ve created each space to be a true home away from home—safe, stimulating, and tailored to your cat’s well-being.

Tariffs

1 Cat - £21.00 per day including food from our stock (Whiskers and Felix wet and dry)

2 Cats - £40.00 per day including food from our stock

3 Cats - £55.00 per day including food from our stock

4 Cats - £70.00 per day including food from our stock

Charges are calculated daily, starting with the day of arrival and ending with the day of departure, these days are both charged for. Fees will include food from our stock (non-prescription diets) where applicable, heating, public liability insurance and lots of TLC.

*Our minimum stay/charge throughout the year is 3 days.

Payment

All cattery bookings are subject to availibility. Please contact us by phone or email.

All boarders will be covered by our comprehensive insurance.

Cancellation or changes

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please provide more than 14 days notice in writing or by email, failure to do so will result in the full period of the booking being charged without refund. If you are changing a booking, we cannot guarentee that your new booking dates will be available. In the event of a cat being removed before the end of the period booked, we reserve the right to charge for the full period booked.

Deposit

- A non refundable deposit of £50 is payable on booking, and no booking will be confirmed until this payment has been received

- A confirmation of booking email and a copy of our terms and conditions will be sent once payment has been received.

- Full payment will be required 2 weeks prior to arrival
